Communications Agreement and Consent (CASL Compliance)

This notice is to provide you with your rights under the Canadian Anti Spam Legislation (CASL) and related provincial laws, with your consent, we can communicate with you electronically, deliver required information and documents to you including (but not limited to) Receipts of purchases made, Work Orders for repairs, Notifications for Unlocks and deliver marketing and promotional information.

If you do not want to communicate with us electronically, do not want to receive required information or documents electronically, do not want to receive information or marketing materials electronically, then you should not agree to the terms of this Agreement.

BuyNCell has other means to provide services to you such as in person at our retail stores or via regular mail.

Consent Agreement

By placing your initial next to “I agree to Terms and Conditions presented electronically,” I consent and agree that:

1. BuyNCell can communicate with me electronically.
2. From time to time, BuyNCell can send me information and marketing materials electronically (‘unsubscribe’ option available at any time).
3. My electronic signature on agreements and documents has the same effect as if I signed them in ink.
4. Electronic delivery of content is not limited to Email, but also includes Social Media, for e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, as well as Cell Phone text messaging and Fax.
